The local organizing committee would like to share the following information.

• Pick up at the airport: All registered members will have a free pick up from the airport to the Karibe Hotel. Please look for the ACURIL sign upon arrival. Do not use any taxis or other means of transportation. Please send as soon as possible your travel information if you have not done so at the registration process.

• Immigration fees: Please prepare a 10 USD to be paid upon arrival at the immigration office. There are no visa requirements for Haiti except for citizens of Dominican Republic, Colombia and Panama, but only if they are not also holders of a U.S., Canadian, or European visa or residence card.

• Vaccination: There is no obligation for vaccination to enter Haiti except if your country has decided otherwise. Please refer to your respective countries for more information.

•  Departure: The Karibe Hotel has graciously offered the return trip from the hotel to the airport. The 40 USD fees is waived and will be reimbursed on site to participants who had already paid.
